VarTec Telecom, Inc.
This project involved the renovation and expansion of a 39,000 square-foot retail facility into a technology-based office space. The exterior and interior design work included the development of open office space with specialized lighting, a new break room addition, and computer/data center with backup power.
David Pickens served as the Project Architect on this project while employed at Spencer Design Group.
